Here’s a Happy Mixed Berry Smoothie to invite in a good morning, NestKeeprs!

Did you know that Hemp Seeds provide valuable omegas and make a great addition to your breakfast smoothie?! Omegas help fight depression and anxiety, and are all around good for your brain and body. They improve learning, memory, reduce inflammation, and are heart healthy. I love hemp seeds because they’re so smooth with a very mild nutty flavor, and since I don’t eat a lot of fish, this is the perfect way for me to stay on top of my omegas.

Happy Mixed Berry Smoothie Ingredients

Instructions

  • Add one banana to a personal sized blender cup
  • Add three tablespoons of greek yogurt
  • Add about a handful of your hemp seeds
  • One scoop of protein powder
  • Top off with your mixed berries
  • Finish with your preferred milk
  • Blend smoothie
  • Spray your whipped cream and sprinkle some colored happiness
